Caribbean Cooking Book

Food is an important part of Caribbean culture. Passing recipes down through generations is something which was and is common.

Upon moving to Britain, it would have been much harder for these communities to continue to cook the types of cuisine they were used to due to a lack of the correct ingredients.

Cookbooks of this sort were crucial to allowing traditional recipes to continue to be passed down through generations, allowing people to continue cooking the cuisine of home.
